Product and purchase
Neural Admin Pro is a downloadable digital source-code and documentation package, not supplied on a physical medium, available after payment. It is not a subscription or a hosting service. Before paying, check technical requirements, licence, contents, currency, taxes and the final price on your chosen platform. The transaction seller and purchase terms are identified at checkout and on the receipt; the platforms do not all perform the same role.
Statutory withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer and Spanish or European consumer law applies, you normally have 14 calendar days from entering into the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a valid statutory exception applies. This information does not reduce more favourable periods or other mandatory rights applicable in your country.
Digital content and immediate delivery
Losing withdrawal rights through immediate supply of paid digital content requires that supply has started, your prior express consent to start during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that this loses that right, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium, such as the order email. Buying, downloading, using or integrating the code does not by itself replace these requirements. This exception will not be invoked unless the applicable requirements can be demonstrated.
Platform commercial policies
Any money-back guarantee advertised at purchase is honoured in addition to statutory rights. Gumroad advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee, which is not narrowed here. Lemon Squeezy offers a 14-day commercial refund policy for projects that have not been used, published or integrated; this restriction applies only to the voluntary commercial refund, never to statutory rights. Downloading to inspect the package does not by itself mean publishing or integrating the project. On Payhip, the seller handles refund requests; do not assume the platform takes on all seller obligations.
Defects, delivery and conformity
The 14-day commercial period and any valid loss of withdrawal rights do not remove remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity of digital content. Where applicable, you may request supply, bringing the content into conformity and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or termination with reimbursement. A statutory claim is not automatically refused because the project has been used or integrated.
How to request it
Contact the seller or support identified on your receipt and use order help on the platform where you purchased. You can also email support@neuralui.org so we can handle or route the request. Include the platform, order number, purchase date and a reply email; do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Withdrawal only requires an unequivocal statement sent within the applicable period: no reason or mandatory form is required.

To the seller identified on my Neural Admin Pro receipt: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of Neural Admin Pro. Platform and order number: [insert]. Contract date: [insert]. Consumer name and address: [insert]. Contact email: [insert]. Notice date: [insert]. Signature: only if submitted on paper. You may send a copy to support@neuralui.org; the owner’s contact details are in the Legal notice.
Reimbursement and effects
For a valid statutory withdrawal, the seller must reimburse without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees to the consumer. Platform processing does not override that statutory deadline. If the purchase is fully terminated, you must stop using and making the content available to others as required by applicable law; no penalty is imposed for withdrawing. Administrative changes to access, support or updates do not remove outstanding statutory rights.
